How can I unlock the washer, it said to check the drain, I pulled out the drain and it does not seem clogged, so I’m thinking it’s inside, but I can’t open it

All the lights went out and I could hear clicking like it was trying to start again. After four times of clicking, it quit. I tried restarting the washer - all lights came on except the last light for cycle complete. I hit the start button again and all lights went out. It cycles through four clicks and then nothing. Suggestions as to how to get the washer started so it can complete the wash?

Post reaction Becky November 11, 2023Just bought a wtw4957pw. It blinks on sensing fill forever. I have got it to work twice. What is the trick to getting it to fill with water? I really need to do the laundry. I am not impressed so far.
Same question (5) Type your response here Add my comment@Becky - Mine overfills on a small load and dry washes the rest of my laundry because it only puts a small amount of water in it. I have been bucketing water in but I think I will switch to the garden hose. It's brand new and never washes/fills the same way twice. I hate this machine.

What is the wash time difference between the settings on the machine? Are there more than one agitation setting? Is it only difference in setting the speed of the spin cycle? How long is the wash time on the different settings? What is the difference between the settings?
